With World Book Day (3rd March) fast approaching, I asked the boys what character they’d each like to dress up as.

Big Robot chose George from Roald Dahl’s Georges Marvellous Medicine. For how to dress up as George, and other easy costume ideas, check out my World Book Day costume post.

Little Robot is big on superheroes. A huge fan! So naturally he wanted to be Superman. Fine, I thought, he has a Superman top with cape attached, he can wear that. Sorted.

However the children need to bring in a book from home for the day, Little Robot wanted a Superman book and we don’t have any. Well he initially suggested taking one of daddy’s Superman comics…err, I don’t think daddy would like that!
