Easy Peasy Gluten Free Choc Chip Cakes

These gluten free choc chip cakes are so ridiculously easy to make. They don’t have to be gluten free either, just use regular self raising flour if gluten isn’t a problem for you.
Without further ado, let’s get started.
Easy-Peasy Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cakes


100g caster sugar

100g softened butter

100g gluten free self raising flour

2 eggs

2tsp cocoa powder

100g chocolate chips


How to Make Them
1. Preheat the oven to 180C.

2. Put the sugar and butter into a bowl and cream together.

3. Add the two eggs and then mix again.

4. Once combined, add the flour and cocoa powder. Then mix again.

5. Add the chocolate chips and give one final stir, this time with a spoon if you’ve used a hand mixer up till now.

6. Spoon into cake cases and bake for 10-12 minutes.

These are incredibly easy to make with kids. They taste great on their own or extend the activity by decorating them once they’re cool.
