These gluten free choc chip cakes are so ridiculously easy to make. They don’t have to be gluten free either, just use regular self raising flour if gluten isn’t a problem for you.
Without further ado, let’s get started.
100g caster sugar
100g softened butter
100g gluten free self raising flour
2tsp cocoa powder
100g chocolate chips
How to Make Them
1. Preheat the oven to 180C.
2. Put the sugar and butter into a bowl and cream together.
